BlueManager is an independent fan-built platform. We have no affiliation, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or any other relationship with Chelsea Football Club, its parent companies, subsidiaries, players, staff, ownership, sponsors, or any official body. All Chelsea FC-related trademarks, logos, names, and player likenesses remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Independence & Trademarks

BlueManager is operated by BlueManager (sole proprietor, Czech Republic) and is in no way an official Chelsea FC product. References to Chelsea FC, the club's players, staff, matches, or competitions are made for the sole purpose of fan commentary, news aggregation, and editorial discussion protected under freedom of expression and fair-use principles.

"Chelsea", "Chelsea FC", "CFC", the lion crest, and all related marks are trademarks of Chelsea Football Club Limited.
"Premier League", "UEFA Champions League", and all competition marks are trademarks of their respective rights holders.
Player names and likenesses are referenced as matters of public sporting record. No endorsement is implied.
"FIFA" is a trademark of FIFA. We do not use FIFA-licensed data, ratings, or chemistry mechanics.
Club crests of all other clubs (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Primeira Liga, etc.) shown next to player names in Blueprint, Scout, and other tools are displayed for informational/editorial purposes only — to identify which club a player belongs to. Each crest remains the trademark of its respective club. No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied. Crest imagery is served via our third-party data provider's CDN (API-Football).

2. Beta Status

BlueManager is currently in BETA.

The service is actively under development. By using BlueManager you accept the following realities of any beta product:

Bugs and unexpected behaviour may occur. Features may break, change, or be temporarily disabled without notice.
Data loss is possible. Your gameplay progress, predictions, cards, decks, and other in-app state may be reset, lost, or corrupted as we ship changes. We make best efforts to preserve user data via daily snapshots, but we provide no guarantee that any specific item will survive.
Downtime is expected. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages will happen.
Features may be removed. Some features visible today may be sunset, redesigned, or paywalled in future releases.
Pricing and offers may change. Founder pricing and trial terms apply at the time of signup. Future plan structures and prices may differ.

If you require enterprise-grade SLAs, guaranteed uptime, or stable feature contracts, BlueManager is not suitable for you at this stage. Use at your own risk.

3. AI-Generated Content

A significant portion of BlueManager's content — feed posts, match analysis, scouting reports, debate prompts, transfer rumour summaries — is generated by Large Language Models (currently OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini, see Privacy Policy).

AI content can be wrong, biased, hallucinated, or outdated. We label AI-generated posts where feasible.
Player ratings, scouting scores, "Chelsea Fit" metrics, and tactical analyses are opinionated estimates, not professional scouting.
News summaries are based on public reporting. Always verify with primary sources before treating anything as fact.
Nothing on BlueManager constitutes professional advice — sporting, financial, medical, legal, or otherwise.

4. Predictions, Games & In-App Currencies

BlueManager features prediction games, fantasy squads, card collection (BlueDeck), and in-app currencies (Engagement Points, Blues, TRX). These are entertainment features:

No real-money wagers, no real-money payouts, no gambling. In-app currencies have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the app.
Cards, themes, badges, and other digital cosmetics earned or purchased in the app are licensed for personal use within BlueManager only. They are not assets, securities, or NFTs.
Leaderboard rankings, prediction accuracy, and other competitive metrics are self-reported and unverified beyond what our anti-cheat checks catch.

5. Third-Party Data Sources

Live match data, fixtures, lineups, and historical statistics are sourced from third-party providers (currently API-Football and other public sources) on a best-effort basis. We do not control the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data and accept no liability for errors in it.

6. User-Generated Content

Posts, takes, comments, blueprints, and other content submitted by users represent the opinions of those individual users, not BlueManager. We moderate within reason but do not pre-screen everything. Report abuse via the in-app feedback button.

7. No Warranty

BlueManager is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueManager and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BlueManager in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
