Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and BlueManager ("we", "us", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any form you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BlueManager is currently in beta. Features may break, change, or disappear. Data may be lost. See the Disclaimer for the full list. Use the Service understanding this.

1. The Service

BlueManager is a Chelsea FC fan platform offering AI-curated news and discussion, prediction games, a digital card collection (BlueDeck), squad-builder tools (Blueprint), live match overlays (Beat the Tactical Nerd, raids), scouting reports, leaderboards, and community features. The exact feature set evolves over time.

3. Trial, Subscription & Payments

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial, no payment card required. The trial unlocks the same features as a paid subscription. At the end of the trial, access to paid features pauses unless you start a paid subscription.

Paid subscription

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your Manager Card → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

All sales are final. By starting a paid subscription you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m). See the full Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may, at our sole discretion, remove offending content, suspend accounts, refuse refunds, or terminate access for any breach.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service ("UGC") — takes, comments, blueprints, etc. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, modify (for technical reasons such as resizing), and distribute your UGC solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete the UGC, except for backup copies retained for up to 30 days.

You represent and warrant that your UGC does not infringe any third party's rights and complies with these Terms.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Service — including code, design, branding, AI-generated copy, in-app art, themes, and the BlueManager name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing more.

Chelsea FC marks, player names, and Premier League/UEFA marks belong to their respective owners. See the Disclaimer.

7. In-App Currencies & Cosmetics

EP, Blues, TRX, cards, badges, themes, and similar in-app items are licensed, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable except as we expressly enable inside the Service. We may adjust their availability, drop rates, costs, or balance at any time as part of normal game design.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some Service content is generated by Large Language Models (currently OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini). It may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. We do not guarantee any AI output. Use it for entertainment and discussion, not as professional advice.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific feature. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we'll give notice of material changes affecting paid features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. See the full Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BlueManager harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your UGC, (b) your breach of these Terms or the law, or (c) your misuse of the Service.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by the competent Czech courts. Consumers retain the rights granted by mandatory consumer-protection laws of their habitual residence within the EU/EEA.

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
