Refund Policy

TL;DR

Try BlueManager free for 7 days, no card. After that it's €10/month, prepaid. All sales are final — but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. No surprise renewals after cancellation.

How to cancel

Open Manager Card → Subscription → Cancel in the app, or email hello@bluemanager.app from the address on the account.

4. Refunds

All sales are final.

Once a billing period has been paid for, the amount paid is non-refundable. This includes — but is not limited to — partial months, unused features, decisions to cancel mid-cycle, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, or feature changes.

The reasons we operate this way:

EU 14-day right of withdrawal — waived

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. Article 16(m) provides an exception for digital content / digital services that begin with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that this consent waives the withdrawal right.

By starting a paid subscription on BlueManager you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and expressly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the subscription begins. The signup confirmation in-app captures this consent.

5. Exceptions (where we will refund)

Despite Section 4, we will issue a refund (or pro-rata credit) in the following cases:

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email hello@bluemanager.app within 30 days of the relevant charge with: your account email, the charge date, the amount, and a short explanation. We respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

6. Founder pricing

Founder pricing — if granted — is locked for the duration of an uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the founder rate may no longer be available, and you'll be charged the then-current standard rate.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account termination and a permanent ban from re-subscribing. If you have a billing concern, email us first — we'll usually sort it out the same day.

8. In-app currencies & purchases

BlueManager does not currently sell standalone in-app items for real money. All cards, themes, and cosmetics are unlocked through gameplay or as part of the subscription. If we introduce one-off paid items in future, the refund rules for those purchases will be disclosed at the point of sale and will follow the same EU 14-day waiver model.

9. Beta status caveat

Beta service.

BlueManager is in beta. Features may break, change, or disappear. Loss or reset of in-app progress, cards, or cosmetics during the beta period is not grounds for a refund — see the Disclaimer. We do our best to migrate progress forward but offer no guarantee.
